About Shamyat Cuisine Inc.

he is a graduate of the Damascus College for Culinary and Tourism Arts. Before coming to Canada, Rabie worked as Master Chef at the Sheraton Damascus hotel. His passion for Syrian cuisine started early in his youth when he worked with his dad preparing Syrian sweets and delicacies. Today Chef Rabie Abo-Alzahab brings this passion to Canada, where he runs Shamiyat Middle Eastern Cuisine Catering.
